I love it when I hear from a reader who likes to pass along one of their own adventures, or good deeds, or just something they’ve witnessed. Jen, a longtime reader and commenter on this blog, has chimed in with a wonderful, bittersweet story that is especially perfect as Mother’s Day approaches.
